I started with Dennis Group right out of college as a packaging engineer. Since then, I’ve had many opportunities to try new positions including project manager and construction manager. With each role, I gain more experience and knowledge which helps with the next step in my career.

The most important aspect of being a mentor is establishing trust and getting that person to feel comfortable with reaching out to you when they need support, but also challenging them in ways that help them grow. Summer outings at Dennis Group are all about fun. In Salt Lake City, employees take a break from the office for a pig roast luncheon.
