USDA Processing Facility

‘Brownfield retrofit’ Dennis Group provided turnkey services to convert a former jams and jellies facility into a high-grade USDA retail processing facility. The project included complete demolition of an existing facility with exception of three exterior building walls and construction of a state-of-the-art refrigerated facility for production of prepared salads and cut vegetables.

This project was challenged with existing site conditions and proximity to adjacent properties, yet still completed on a fast-track schedule in less than 9 months.
