Dennis Group was hired to design and construct a 145,000 SF greenfield to bring this client more capacity to produce RTE / RTH protein-based meals.
The USDA-grade facility is designed to portion and prepare a range of products that include pork, chicken, beef, and alternative protein. Using a design-build methodology to fast-track this project, design was completed in 4 months, and the building shell – from site work to dry-in – was completed in a mere 8 months in the midst of post-COVID supply chain disruptions.
