Distillery Expansion & Modifications

After acquiring the rapidly growing High West Distillery, Constellation Brands engaged Dennis Group to support a facility expansion and modernization effort aimed at increasing production and improving operational efficiency at the Park City, Utah site. Dennis Group worked with High West to deliver comprehensive upgrades that preserved the distillery’s character while positioning the operation for continued growth.

The project focused on expanding fermentation capacity through the addition of three new tanks and the relocation of existing tanks to optimize space and process flow. To support increased throughput and improve raw material handling, Dennis Group also designed and installed a new grain receiving and milling system. Additional modernization efforts included the implementation of an automated CIP system and the installation of a new automated packaging line to replace the previous manual operation.

Dennis Group provided full project support—from project definition through detailed design, procurement, construction management, and start‑up. The project delivered a modernized distillery that boosts production while staying true to High West’s craftsmanship and brand.
