The most important aspect of being a mentor is establishing trust and getting that person to feel comfortable with reaching out to you when they need support, but also challenging them in ways that help them grow. Holiday Celebrations

In our Springfield, MA office, new employees uphold a tradition of composing and performing a song about Dennis Group at the holiday party. Here, the 2023 class delivers a jazzy number.

Summer Outings

Summer outings at Dennis Group are all about fun. In Salt Lake City, employees take a break from the office for a pig roast luncheon.

Company Celebrations

We have many things to celebrate as a company. Our colleagues in Sao Paulo raise cupcakes to toast the company’s 37th anniversary.
