To expand its production capabilities, SweetWater partnered with Dennis Group to seamlessly integrate canning functionality into its existing bottling line. Dennis Group provided end-to-end controls integration services tailored to support this transition.

The team updated the existing functional specification and modified the FTViewME HMI application to align with the new canning line requirements. Electrical schematics and panel drawings were thoroughly revised to ensure documentation accuracy and support long-term maintenance.

Dennis Group’s scope extended through commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV), including startup and controls checkout of key systems such as the mass accumulation conveyor, relocated accumulation table, and both primary and secondary packaging lines. This holistic approach ensured that all components functioned as a unified system, reducing downtime and enhancing throughput.
