To strengthen its fresh fluid dairy supply chain, Walmart partnered with Dennis Group to design and build two state-of-the-art dairy processing facilities—one in Valdosta, Georgia, and the other in Robinson, Texas. Each 300,000+ square-foot facility represents an estimated $350 million capital investment and will supply fluid milk to hundreds of Walmart and Sam’s Club stores across the Southeast and Texas. Dennis Group is executing both projects in parallel, with the Valdosta plant scheduled to open in September 2025, followed by Robinson in Spring 2026.

Each facility will process 120 million gallons of milk annually, producing a variety of products including whole, 2%, 1%, skim, and 1% chocolate milk in gallon and half-gallon formats for Walmart’s Great Value and Sam’s Club’s Member’s Mark brands. Approximately 300 new jobs are expected to be created at each location.
