Utility Studies
Dennis Group helps clients evaluate and align their utility systems capacity and reliability with current and future needs
- Evaluate existing systems: We assess current infrastructure which can include steam and condensate, chilled water and glycol, compressed air, water, and electrical power distribution, looking at overall utility loads as well as peak demands for each system.
- Forecast future utility demand: Using models and production targets, we develop accurate forecasts to ensure systems can support current operations and future expansions.
- Equipment performance assessment: We examine system capacity, age, efficiency, and maintenance history to identify issues and determine necessary upgrades or replacements. We also evaluate if built-in redundancies make sense for reliability and up-time.
