Master Planning for a Bottling Hall

Dennis Group developed a phased master plan for Buffalo Trace to transform an existing warehouse into a showcase bottling hall, incorporating 50,000 SF of renovation and expansion—including a new 24,000 SF addition. The plan encompassed upgrades to the bottling hall, utility and process tank rooms, and palletizing and wrapping areas, along with the relocation of six existing bottling lines.

Several rounds of 3D renderings were created to bring the visitor experience to life, which featured a high-end tasting room as well as viewing mezzanines of the production space. A detailed milestone schedule and cost estimate was prepared so Buffalo Trace could assess the capital investment before moving forward.
