After acquiring the Wild Turkey brand, Campari set out to modernize and expand its operations with a new, state-of-the-art blending and bottling facility. Campari engaged Dennis Group to deliver full design and construction services for this major greenfield expansion.
The facility includes a 40,000 SF bottling hall equipped with three high-speed lines with space allocated for a future fourth line. A 15,000 SF blending room houses 400,000 gallons of tank capacity, supporting both blending and bottling processes. An outdoor tank farm was also constructed to accommodate up to 300,000 gallons of incoming spirits.
With scalability built into every phase of the project, the new facility positions Campari to meet growing demand while maintaining the heritage and craftsmanship of the Wild Turkey brand.
