This 12-month fast-track project aimed to convert an existing production area for Greek yogurt while simultaneously expanding the production space. The goal was to repurpose and reuse as much of the existing equipment as possible and avoid downtime. 

A highly integrated Dannon and Dennis Group team executed more than 1,000 tie-points in less than a year with no extended downtime. Several HTST areas were delivered ahead of schedule, and Dannon avoided up to $6M in capital expenditures by reusing equipment.
