New Greenhouse Conversion

Dennis Group converted an existing 9-acre greenhouse from conventional crops to cannabis. The conversion included a 16,000 SF transplant and cuttings building, a 40,000 SF flooded propagation area, and a 40,000 SF two-story pre-engineered metal building to house processing and packaging systems.

The project included the installation of all greenhouse systems including lighting, irrigation, CO2, ventilation, drainage, screening, heating, cooling, dehumidification, misting systems, and climate control automation.

Dennis Group’s scope for supporting greenhouse operations included automated material handling, drying, and packaging systems, RFID-integrated inventory tracking, extraction suites with multiple methods, and packaging lines for a wide range of end products.
