Expansion for potato chip production line

Dennis Group served as a design-build partner to expand Kellanova’s Santa Catarina facility to accommodate a third chip line.

To avoid downtime on existing lines, a temporary storage space was built to hold finished goods while Dennis Group converted the original warehouse, then expanded into a permanent 43,055 SF warehouse with enough space to accommodate storage for both Kellanova and their chip cans supplier.

Installation of the third line increased production from by nearly 70%, and utilities were sized to accommodate a future fourth line.
