New Hot Dog Production Line

Kraft Heinz needed to remove three antiquated processing lines and replace them with a new state-of-the-art production line.

The project was executed in multiple phases while the facility was in operation. Careful planning and sequencing of the removal and installation of equipment helped to ensure a safe working environment for both plant employees and subcontractors. It also minimized impacts to production.

All equipment, as well as the building design, was executed in 3D. Dennis Group successfully managed the entire 3D design coordination for the project.
