Plant based protein facility

The Lightlife brand makes refrigerated plant-based protein foods, manufacturing more than 30 products, including plant-based tempeh, hot dogs, breakfast foods, sliced deli meat, and burgers.

Dennis Group developed a greenfield facility on a 12-acre site for the processing and packaging of alternative meat products. Operations included cutting, stuffing, linking, smoking, tempering and spiral pasteurizing. Site, facility and process construction occurred in a mere seven months and included a winter work program in Massachusetts.
