Numerous projects for coated berries

Dennis Group is partnering with TruFru to expand the capacity of its popular frozen coated fruit through multiple, simultaneous projects across the U.S.

At a brownfield site where Dennis Group is already executing a project for another Mars brand, Dennis Group is supporting the purchase and installation of two new TruFru production lines—including both process and packaging systems.

In a separate effort, Dennis Group is overseeing the renovation of an existing co-manufacturing facility, managing the relocation of a TruFru production line across states, and providing engineering and design support to co-manufacturers to ensure a smooth transition and startup.

In Indiana, Dennis Group is delivering full-scope design-build services for the installation of two fully automated production lines—strategically fitted within the constraints of an irregularly shaped existing space.

Across these projects, Dennis Group is coordinating complex scopes, navigating challenging facility layouts, and delivering capacity expansions on accelerated schedules. Each initiative is tailored to support Mar’s aggressive growth goals for the TruFru brand while maintaining operational continuity and product quality.
